Meet Juan: The Face of Coronado Beach
Juan was born in San Carlos, Panama, and has spent his entire life in the Coronado Beach area. Walk down the street and chances are someone will greet him by name—that’s just the kind of place Coronado is, and Juan is part of its fabric.
He’s married to Amy, and together they’re raising two children, Rachel and Andrey. Family life keeps him grounded, but his roots in this community run just as deep.
Juan manages our beach office operations, including the rental properties under Panama Sol Realty’s care. If you own a rental in the area or you’re looking for one, Juan is the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly—from check-ins to maintenance and everything in between.
His story with PSR is one of growth and quiet determination. Juan joined the team back in November 2008 as a handyman who spoke very little English. Through hard work, patience, and a natural gift for connecting with people, he became one of our most successful and well-liked team members. Today, he speaks excellent English and handles responsibilities that would have seemed out of reach back then.
Easy going and endlessly patient, Juan is the kind of agent who never makes you feel rushed. When he’s not working, you’ll find him swimming at the beach, dancing, or playing soccer—three things that capture his joyful approach to life.
