Meet Jorge: The One Who Keeps Everything Running

Jorge’s life has been shaped by two countries. Born in Panama, he moved to Cali, Colombia, at just six years old, growing up there before returning to Panama at eighteen. That return wasn’t just a homecoming—it was the start of his adult life, arriving right after high school to continue his studies and begin working.

That experience of building a life in two places gave Jorge something valuable: adaptability, perspective, and a strong work ethic. He doesn’t just talk about getting things done—he does them.

Since September 2013, Jorge has been a dedicated member of the Panama Sol Realty team. His role is central to how our properties are maintained and cared for. He coordinates repairs, oversees maintenance, and manages purchases, making sure every property under our care stays in top condition. It’s detailed, hands-on work that requires patience and follow-through—and Jorge delivers both.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him enjoying video games, trying new food, watching movies, or planning his next trip. He’s the kind of person who finds joy in the simple things, and that easygoing nature makes him a pleasure to work with.

If you’re a property owner trusting us with your investment, Jorge is one of the reasons that trust is well placed.
